By using our website, making a booking, or engaging with any of our services including bespoke travel itinerary planning, luxury tour packages, corporate travel management, visa and immigration assistance, personalized travel concierge services, adventure travel expeditions, cruise bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We act as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines). Your contract for these services is directly with the third-party provider, and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to ours.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due by a specified date prior to departure or service commencement. Payment methods and specific deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Pricing

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit, we will endeavor to honor the price, but we reserve the right to pass on any increases in supplier costs before final payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the third-party provider and may be subject to administrative fees charged by Meridian Sojourns.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, inoculations, and any other necessary travel documents for your entire trip. Meridian Sojourns can provide guidance and assistance with visa and immigration processes, but we do not guarantee the issuance of any visa or travel document. We are not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to your failure to comply with travel requirements.

7. Travel Insurance

Meridian Sojourns strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meridian Sojourns acts solely as an agent in making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and other services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, or damage to property or persons due to any act or omission of any third-party provider, or due to any force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political unrest).

Our liability for any claim arising from our negligence will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Amendments to Terms

Meridian Sojourns reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
